What is included in the rental rate?
40 folding chairs
Choice of: (6) 4 foot round tables or (4) 6 foot rectangle tables
65 inch smart television

Warming kitchen: Refrigerator, Prep Table, Microwave, Sink
Table linens: Black or White
Silverware: Black, Silver, Gold

Can outside food be brought into the venue?
Absolutely! Outside catering services are welcome. There is not a traditional kitchen on site, however, we do provide a warming kitchen complete with a refrigerator, prep table, sink, and microwave. All food must be fully prepared prior to arrival on site. We do not allow open flames to keep food warm, however, we do offer electric warming pads at a nominal fee.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed?
Alcoholic beverages are only allowed if they are served by a licensed bartending service. Licensing information must be provided at least 7 calendar days prior to your event.
What is the booking policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your spot - the final payment is due 10 calendar days prior your event. The deposit is non-refundable. We accept all major credit cards and cash. A fully refundable incidental fee $250 will be added to the final balance. This fee will be refunded within 72 hours following the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
When booking, you agree to our non-refundable deposit. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. We do not allow date changes.
Is the space handicap accessible?
Yes. Both our venue and restroom is handicap accessible.
